Dímelo is an AI-powered Spanish language learning application that uses real conversation practice to help learners at any level improve their skills.
Users under 18 must have parental consent to use Dímelo. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service. By creating an account for a child under 13, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of the child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and password. You must not share your access credentials with anyone.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to manipulate XP scores, impersonate other users, or use the AI chat for purposes other than language learning.
Dímelo uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. The Service is a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of language instruction.
Dímelo may be used by learners of all ages, including children. All accounts for users under 13 must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle children's data.
Your conversation data, progress, and learning statistics are stored to provide the Service. You retain ownership of any content you create. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including inaccurate AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
